Comprehensive Mental Health Services, Inc. (CMHS) is a not-for-profit community behavioral health center providing a continuum of community-based mental health and substance use treatment services. CMHS is designated as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) which is a federally based project established through the Excellence in Mental Health Act and all program areas are certified under the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
