below), though you may continue to have the option to receive
services via telephone or video conferencing.
If you have COVID-19 symptoms you must remain at home
and receive services remotely.
Masks are required at all CMHS locations and when you
meet at home or in the community with your primary

If you receive case management services through Adult or Youth CPR or Disease Management, or services through Health Care Home, or Substance Use, you can voluntarily begin to receive face-to-face services. You may also return to receiving face-to-face Medication Evaluations and Intake Assessments (for new clients).
All of these services remain available remotely via phone/teleconference, so please access services in the way you feel most comfortable.
If you are receiving Outpatient Therapy or Counseling, please contact your therapist regarding in-person vs. remote therapy/counseling sessions.
For your protection and the protection of our staff, we will limit the number of people in Common Areas (lobbies, waiting rooms) to 15 people. You may be asked to return to your vehicle to be called in when space is available.

MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES AT CMHS LOCATIONS AND WHEN IN YOUR HOME OR THE COMMUNITY WITH A CMHS STAFF MEMBER.
Genoa Pharmacy is available to meet your medication needs. You may contact Genoa Pharmacy directly to have them mail your medications to your home, or you can come to the pharmacy location and call from your vehicle and a member of the Genoa staff will bring your medications out to your vehicle. For either service, or any questions related to the medications you receive from Genoa Pharmacy, please call (816) 833-7325.
Please remember, if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, you are to remain at home and follow recommended self-quarantine guidelines. CMHS will continue to provide you with remote treatment options to meet your needs.
